Common Ground Community Chorus is a Boise community chorus devoted to the performance of high quality standard, popular and contemporary choral music. It seeks to display the positive face of the open-minded and progressive citizens of the Treasure Valley, welcoming and recognizing diverse people.
2013 - 2014 Season Comes to a Close
The 50th Anniversay of the Human Rights Act celebration was the end of Common Ground's 2013 - 2014 Season. It was a special evening remembering the 50th Anniversary. Thank you to all who made this memorable event possible.
Common Ground along with the Boise Gay Men's Chorus presented "One Voice" at the Knitting Factory on Boise Pride Fest day. It was an awesome concert featuring both ensembles.
Boise Pride Fest 2014
Common Ground was very active at this year's Boise Pride Fest. It was a new and very successful venue. In addition to the concert with the Boise Gay Men's Chorus the choir helped sponsor the event and had a blast participating in this year's parade.
Common Ground Community Chorus Sings at the Add the Words Rally
Common Ground Community Chorus was hornored to have participated in the Add the Words Rally on January 11th. The rally was attended by close to 1000 Idaho residents encouraging Idaho Legislature to add the words "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" to the Idaho Human Rights Act.
Common Ground receives grant from the Pride Foundation
